About me …

Hey there! I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

I’m Lisa—a passionate early childhood teacher with over 10 years of classroom experience, a proudly imperfect top knot, and a heart that beats for all things education, mindfulness, and wellbeing.

In 2023, I completed my Master of Education at the University of Western Australia specialising in Mental Health and Wellbeing in Education, and since then, I’ve been on a mission to help teachers and students thrive—not just survive. I believe that creating calm, connected, and emotionally supportive classrooms starts with us as educators. And let’s be honest—some days, that means choosing presence over perfection and coffee over chaos.

This blog is my space to share ideas, reflections, classroom inspo, and wellbeing strategies that honour the beautifully messy reality of teaching. Whether you're here for mindful teaching tips, teacher wellbeing inspo, or just a little solidarity on a hard day—I see you.

Let’s breathe, grow, and build a kinder classroom (and life) together.

💛
